Pasta e Fagiole
1 lb of navy beans
One can of ChiChi beans
1 lb Bacon
1 tbs garlic
1 medium onion
10 cups of water
10 cubes of chicken bouillon
Soak the beans for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Remove the water from the beans.
Fry the bacon, garlic, and onions together.
Add the beans, and the 10 cups of water.
Add 10 cubes of chicken.
Boil 2 hours.
Use the food processor to cream the can of ChiChi and add to the soup.
You can freeze in small container and when ready to eat, boil some small
shells macaroni and mix together with the soup.
